88 y/o F Community-ambulator NAD history of fall at ground level sustaining Transcervical Femoral Neck Fracture, Right 22 April 2013

Same Patient: PHRA done. Unremarkable stay. Discharged improved FWB with walker 4 May 2013

Same Patient: 5 May 2017 THEN 92 y/o, already walking straight NAD, No pain, dropped by the clinic. Check Xray done 4 YEARS POST PHRA. Except for femoral shaft cortical thickening medially at the level of the Distal Stem possibly from healed stress fracture, she was doing fine. Until….

Same Patient: Now 95 y/o and more of home-ambulation due to age. Fell again at ground level sustaining INTERTROCHANTERIC FRACTURE FEMUR, LEFT

Same Patient: Singh Index I-II. ECQ-setting. Underwent CHSF at D7 post injury (7 Years after PHRA!!!). She was discharged 2 days Post OP
